System Overhaul

With the System Overhaul, I will perform a thorough sweep for

common issues with computers.

The service includes, but is not limited to:

1. •Removing unnecessary applications and services from starting with
   

the computer

1. •Removal of malicious software (AKA: spyware) from the system
   

2. •Optimization of the system registry with the removal of obsolete
   

settings

1. •Installation of necessary system and software updates and patches
   

2. •Installation of firewall and antivirus security software
   

3. •Configuration of OS-based System Restore functionality
   

4. •Defragmentation of the hard drive
   

After this service is complete, your computer will be more stable, more efficient, more secure, and easier to use than it has in recent memory!

$200 flat fee, offsite, one day turnaround

Anti-virus installation

Installation and configuration of the latest available, free of charge antivirus application on your system.  The software will be acquired, registered, installed, updated and started on your system.  A full system scan will also be started at the conclusion of my visit to allow the software to sweep your system for existing threats.

$20 flat fee, onsite

Firewall installation

Installation and configuration of a freely available software firewall on your system.  This will restrict unauthorized network access both to and from your computer, preventing intrusion by hackers and virus infections.

$20 flat fee, onsite

System / Software Updates

The acquisition and installation of available software updates for your operating system, security software, and office productivity applications.

$40 / hour, onsite, OR

$100 flat fee, one-day turnaround

Spyware / Crapware removal

The removal of unnecessary software and non-virus-type malicious software from the system.  Includes the uninstallation of old applications from the computer (with the user's guidance), the clearing of unused services from the system startup process, and the optimization of the system registry to ensure faster performance of the computer.

$40 / hour, onsite, OR

$100 flat fee, one-day turnaround

Physical cleaning of hardware

Computers can become gross and disturbing over time, and maintaining a clean system is important to the longevity and usability of a computer.  I will remove collected dust and other debris from the inside of a computer, keyboard and mouse to ensure reliability and safety of components within.
