Hourly services are all charged on a per-hour basis.  There is a one-hour minimum service charge per case.

Service charges are calculated on a per-system basis.  Systems are defined as follows:  One (1) computer and its peripherals, one (1) computer network, or one (1) television and its peripherals.  Which definition is used is determined on a case-by-case basis dependent on the service requested.

The claim of "One-day turnaround" is an estimate of time necessary to complete the service requested on the system, and is not intended as a guarantee of completion of service.  If it is discovered that the service completion will take longer than anticipated, Friendly Neighborhood Geek will contact you via phone and/or e-mail to advise you of complications during the work.  One day is defined as the following business day.  Additional details based on the current situation will be provided before service begins.
